WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR THIS KII PARTNERS MEETING?
The meeting will start Tuesday evening, April 5th with a Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Group Dinner at 7:30 p.m. and the Hospitality Suite at 9:30 p.m.
The start of the KII business program, with our Keynote Speaker and full vendor presentations, will begin at the General Session and Vendor Showcase on Wednesday, April 6th at 8:30 a.m. and will last through Thursday, April 7th at noon.
The KII Passport Program will be used once again as in the previous Partner Meetings. Partners attending 100% of all Vendor Presentations will be eligible to win great giveaways donated by each KII Vendor. Partners will receive one stamp in their KII Passport, indicating their participation in each presentation.
There will also be the opportunity for you to join your fellow KII Partners and KII Vendors during various networking and meal functions, as well as during the activities on Thursday afternoon, which include golf, a spa appointment or even a ticket for an afternoon at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot. A Thursday night dinner will wrap up the Spring Partners Meeting.
Am I allowed to bring a guest?
NO. Guests are not allowed to attend the various activities, business meeting or meal functions.
What expenses will I need to take care of at the Partners Meeting?
The items you will be responsible for will be your accommodation charges (room rate at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando is $250 plus tax per room per night), your own incidentals (i.e. room service, laundry, or anything else signed to your room folio) airfare and ground transportation. All group food and beverage functions, group activities, meetings and gratuities are covered by KII.
Can I Check And Amend my registration after logging out?
Yes, and there are two ways you can do this. You can select the 'View Registration' link found in your registration confirmation email, which will take you to a login page. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken directly to your registration, where you can view your current details or amend them by selecting the 'Update Registration' button at the bottom of the form.
You can also access your current registration details by entering the website and clicking on the 'Already Registered? Click here to login and access previous registration.' Again, you will be asked to log in, and once completed you will be able to access your registration as described above.
Is transportation provided between any of the Central Florida Airports - Orlando (MCO) or Sanford (SFB) and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando?
NO. Each KII attendee is responsible for their own airport / ground transportation. Costs for transportation from the two closest airports are listed below. Alternatively, Uber / Lyft are also available at each.

How many activity selections can I choose? Can I change my selection later?
There is one afternoon (Thursday) where you will be able to choose between playing golf, visiting the spa, a ticket for an afternoon at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot or maybe just having an afternoon at leisure.
On the registration form, simply make your selection, complete any other necessary questions (club rental, spa choice, etc.). Your activity choice will be confirmed by March 20th, and at that point you will have 24 hours to make any changes to your selections.
Please note that you will not be able to make any new selections or change your current selection from March 20th onwards.
What happens if I need to cancel my entire reservation?
